When does our taxi service starts?

Our taxi boat service starts every year from 1st of May to somewhere to October 15th, which depends of the weather and the number of guests.

We are operating every day (Monday to Sunday). Our boats are waiting for you starting at 09.00 am on the eastern part of Korčula old town (check for the yellow flag). First taxi boat leaves at 09.30 toward the islands (from 09.00 am you can buy your ticket on our yellow taxi boat stand). After that boats are leaving every 30 minutes (10.00, 10.30, 11.00, 11.30...) and coming on all the locations every 30 minutes as well until 18.00 pm.

What payment methods exist in your company?

For now it is only possible to pay in cash because of high provision charges which occur when you pay from the foreign country credit card.

 

Where and how can I exchange or refund?

Since you don't need to pay for the reservation (you just book your ticket via our online form) you don't need to get a refund because you haven't payed for anything.

To get a ticket you need to bring your confirmation email (either printed or show it via your phone) and pay directly to the skipper on the boat which will take you to Korčula archipelago in couple of minutes.

In case you want to exchange your reservation (let's say you booked Badija island only and want to go to Hop on Hop off option) just mention the details to the skipper which ticket you want and he will give you a new one.
