Since you don’t need to pay for the reservation (you just book your ticket via our online form) you don’t need to get a refund because you haven’t payed for anything.
To get a ticket you need to bring your confirmation email (either printed or show it via your phone) and pay directly to the skipper on the boat which will take you to Korčula archipelago in couple of minutes.
In case you want to exchange your reservation (let’s say you booked Badija island only and want to go to Hop on Hop off option) just mention the details to the skipper which ticket you want and he will give you a new one.
